2023 Chateau les Tourelles Blanc, Bordeaux, France

Whilst there is a lovely fresh seam of citrus running through this wine from the Semillon grapes, the Sauvignon Blanc is picked late to add tropical fruit and a little extra texture. The combination is just right, and for a wine at this price it provides a lot of character.
