A classic Côtes de Provence rosé from Château Saint-Pierre, produced from a blend of Syrah, Cinsault and Grenache. Crafted in a light, elegant Provençal style, Cuvée Marie reflects the estate’s long-standing focus on freshness, balance and expressive aromatics, offering a refined and versatile rosé suited to warm-weather drinking and Mediterranean cuisine.

Tasting Notes:
Elegant in colour, reminiscent of rose petals. The nose is floral with bright citrus notes, evolving towards delicate rose aromas. The palate is fresh and generous, showing lively fruit and a harmonious balance, with a long and aromatic persistence on the finish.

Winemaking:
Produced using direct pressing, followed by eight days of cold stabulation and brief static settling. Fermentation takes place at low temperature to preserve aromatic purity, and the wine is aged entirely in stainless steel tanks to maintain freshness, clarity and precision.

Food Pairing:
Pairs beautifully with delicate grilled or baked fish, seafood dishes and light Mediterranean cuisine. Its freshness also makes it an ideal aperitif.
