An elegant Côtes de Provence rosé from Château St Pierre, crafted from a classic Mediterranean blend of Grenache, Cinsault and Syrah. Pale, refined and expressive, “Eden” captures the delicacy and balance that define Provençal rosé, combining freshness with a harmonious fruit-driven style.
Tasting Notes:
Pale peach in colour with silver highlights. The nose is perfumed and lively, showing distinctive aromas of marshmallow alongside bright, tangy fruit. The palate is subtle and harmonious, with a clean, fruity attack and a fresh, balanced finish.
Winemaking:
Produced using direct pressing, followed by eight days of cold stabulation and brief static settling. Fermentation takes place at low temperatures to preserve aromatics, and the wine is matured entirely in stainless steel tanks to maintain purity, freshness and precision.
Food Pairing:
A natural partner for seafood platters, grilled white fish and light Mediterranean dishes. Its freshness and delicate fruit also make it an excellent aperitif.
