What an amazing Sardinian white! Prolonged lees ageing for two months and then the best part of the year resting in tank has given the wine a wonderful soft texture. Whilst gentle in texture it has a lovely seam of minerality running through it and little bursts of citrus on the palate that keeps it wonderfully fresh. There are also layers of stone fruit flavour adding to the depth and complexity of the wine. The perfect accompaniment to fish and dishes with a rich creamy sauce.
