Passimora is produced from grapes slightly dried in the warm Sicilian sun; a red wine with an intense character, charming and persistent, the pure expression of the island.
It's deep red in colour with aromas of red fruit and pomegranate, thewn on the palate flavours of dried plum and candied fruit. It's soft textured and richly flavoured.

Excellent with cured meat platters, seasoned and fresh cheese, tempura vegetables and stews.
