Description

A refined and characterful English Pinot Gris from the rolling countryside of Essex, produced in a dry, Alsace-inspired style that combines aromatic richness with freshness and balance.

Tasting Notes:
Pale gold in colour with an expressive nose of ripe melon, honeysuckle and delicate floral aromas, alongside subtle citrus notes and a faint smoky nuance. The palate is textured and rounded, showing flavours of apricot, peach and elderflower balanced by vibrant acidity and a gentle spice. Bone dry in style, with less than 1g/l residual sugar, the finish is clean, refreshing and finely poised.

Winemaking:
Produced from carefully selected Pinot Gris grapes grown at Tuffon Hall in North Essex, where the warm, dry East Anglian climate allows the variety to ripen fully while retaining freshness. Gentle handling and cool fermentation preserve the wine’s aromatic purity and texture, resulting in a fuller-bodied English white inspired by the classic styles of Alsace. Suitable for both vegetarians and vegans.

Food Pairing:
A versatile partner for roast chicken, pork dishes and lightly spiced cuisine. It also pairs beautifully with creamy cheeses, smoked fish and seasonal vegetable dishes.

ABV: 12%
