An elegant and distinctive white from the Corbières, showcasing the Bourboulenc grape grown on a small, elevated terrace above the Orbieu River. This unique site, formed from ancient glacial deposits of stone and pebbles, contributes both character and freshness, while the estate’s family-led approach combines tradition with careful, modern winemaking.
Tasting Notes:
Fresh and aromatic, with notes of citrus fruits, white blossom and a gentle hint of honey, complemented by a subtle almond nuance. The palate is rich yet poised, offering a rounded texture balanced by vibrant acidity. The finish is clean, refined and refreshing.
Winemaking:
Grapes are harvested at night to preserve natural acidity and aromatic purity. Following gentle pressing, fermentation takes place at controlled temperatures between 14–16°C. The wine is then aged on its lees in oak for four months, adding texture, complexity and depth while maintaining freshness.
Food Pairing:
Pairs beautifully with grilled fish, seafood dishes, roast chicken or creamy vegetable dishes. Its balance of richness and acidity also complements soft cheeses and Mediterranean cuisine.
ABV: 13%
