Tasting Notes:
Intense ruby red in colour, with aromas of ripe dark fruit and classic Montepulciano character. The palate is full and structured, showing depth and richness that carry through to a long, satisfying finish.
Winemaking:
Produced from 100% Montepulciano grapes, the wine is made with spontaneous fermentation and vinification practices that preserve the fruit’s true expression. It is traditionally aged in concrete tanks and large wooden vessels before bottling.
