A structured and expressive orange wine from the innovative duo Pierre & Antonin, crafted in the Languedoc with a focus on natural, additive-free winemaking. Made from Souvignier Gris, this cuvée reflects their commitment to sustainability and Mediterranean heritage, producing a wine that is alive, engaging and designed for sharing.
Tasting Notes:
Vibrant and floral, with aromas of jasmine, white tea, bergamot and subtle vine peach. On the palate, it is textured and rounded, with gentle tannins providing structure without aggression. The wine is harmonious and layered, finishing long, silky and elegant.
Winemaking:
Grapes are macerated skin-to-skin for 11 days without destemming or crushing, allowing extraction of colour, aroma and fine tannins. After pressing, the wine is aged for five months in conical white oak vats, enhancing richness, roundness and complexity while preserving varietal expression. No additives are used, reflecting a naturally expressive style.
Food Pairing:
Best served lightly chilled. Complements lightly spiced Mediterranean dishes, roasted chicken, creamy vegetable dishes, and soft or semi-aged cheeses.
ABV: 12.5%
