Pale straw yellow in colour with brilliant green highlights, the nose is intensely fragrant with aromas of fresh lime, lemon blossom and green apple complemented by hints of jasmine, grapefruit and wet stone. The palate is crisp, dry and beautifully focused, with concentrated lime and citrus zest flavours supported by piercing acidity and a fine mineral texture. Subtle notes of white peach and delicate spice add complexity, leading to a long, precise and refreshing finish with lingering citrus and saline nuances.
Winemaking:
Produced from 100% Riesling grown in the cool-climate vineyards of Porongurup, where the region's ancient granite-derived soils and favourable growing conditions contribute exceptional freshness and aromatic intensity. The grapes are carefully harvested and gently pressed, with cool, temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel helping to preserve the delicate floral aromatics and vibrant citrus character. Maturation is focused on retaining purity, freshness and the distinctive mineral expression of the region, resulting in a precise and age-worthy dry Riesling.
