A generous and fruit-driven Shiraz from the Barossa Valley, one of Australia’s most celebrated regions for the variety. Warm days, cool evenings and ancient soils allow Shiraz to ripen fully while retaining balance, producing wines known for their depth, richness and expressive character.
Tasting Notes:
Deep in colour, the nose reveals aromas of blackberry, plum and dark cherry layered with hints of black pepper and sweet spice. On the palate it is full bodied and supple, with ripe dark fruit supported by smooth tannins and a rounded texture. Subtle savoury notes add complexity, while the finish is long, warm and satisfying.
Winemaking:
Produced from Shiraz grown in the Barossa Valley, where the warm climate encourages full ripeness and concentration of flavour. Careful fermentation and maturation help preserve the purity of fruit while allowing the wine to develop structure and balance typical of the region’s style.
Food Pairing:
An excellent partner for grilled steak, barbecued meats and slow-cooked dishes. It also pairs well with robust stews and mature hard cheeses.
