Tasting Notes:
On the nose, this wine shows aromas of nashi pear and lychee with subtle spice. The palate is soft and voluptuous, carrying ripe pear and lychee flavours, underpinned by crisp, refreshing acidity and finishing dry.
Winemaking:
The grapes were sourced from a single vineyard and gently processed to preserve aromatic intensity. Fermentation and ageing were managed to enhance the fruit character, resulting in a wine that balances plush body with structural poise.
