Description

A vibrant Sauvignon Blanc from Marlborough, New Zealand, produced in a fresh, unoaked style that focuses entirely on purity of fruit and expressive aromatics.

Tasting Notes:
Pale straw in colour, the nose is lifted and aromatic, showing classic Marlborough character with notes of gooseberry, passionfruit, citrus peel and elderflower. The palate is crisp and dry, with bright acidity and clean flavours of lime, lemon, green apple and subtle tropical fruit. The finish is fresh, zesty and persistent, with a clear, fruit-driven profile.

Winemaking:
Fermented in stainless steel to preserve aromatic intensity and varietal purity, with no oak influence. The emphasis is on retaining freshness, clarity and the natural expression of the Sauvignon Blanc grape.

Food Pairing:
Well suited to seafood, sushi and light Asian-inspired dishes. Also pairs well with goat’s cheese salads, grilled fish and simple chicken preparations.

ABV: 12.5%
