Description

A fresh and vibrant rosé from Languedoc, crafted by Marilyn Lasserre, a pioneering winemaker who has revitalised the region with her meticulous vineyard selection and precise winemaking. Sourced from sun-drenched, pebble and limestone-rich terroirs, this wine highlights the elegance and aromatic purity of Cinsault.

Tasting Notes:
Pale and luminous in the glass, with lifted aromas of wild raspberry and candied strawberry. The palate is lively and well-balanced, carrying a subtle mineral edge that echoes on the finish. Light, fresh and approachable, yet expressive, making it ideal for easy enjoyment.

Winemaking:
Grapes are harvested at night to preserve freshness and prevent oxidation, then carefully pressed to extract only the best juice. After 24 hours of settling, fermentation occurs over 15 days at 13–15°C in stainless steel tanks. The wine is aged on fine lees for at least five months, enhancing texture, aromatic complexity and depth while protecting the wine from oxidation.

Food Pairing:
Perfect with light and fresh dishes such as chicken noodle salad, pesto and Parmigiano pasta, or baked salmon with chorizo rice. Also pairs beautifully with grilled vegetables and soft cheeses.

ABV: 12%
