Tasting Notes:
Pale straw yellow in colour with a fine and persistent mousse, the nose is fragrant and inviting, revealing aromas of green apple, pear and white peach alongside notes of acacia blossom and citrus. The palate is fresh and delicately rounded, with crisp orchard fruit, lively acidity and a subtle touch of sweetness. Fine bubbles and a clean mineral character lead to an elegant, refreshing finish.
Winemaking:
Produced primarily from Glera grapes grown in the steep hillside vineyards of Valdobbiadene. Following gentle pressing, the wine undergoes a second fermentation in pressurised tanks using the Charmat method, preserving its aromatic freshness and vibrant fruit. Careful temperature control and extended contact with the lees help create a refined mousse and balanced texture.
