The palate is light to medium-bodied and elegantly textured, with juicy raspberry and cherry fruit supported by fine, silky tannins and lively acidity. Subtle notes of forest floor, white pepper and gentle earthiness add complexity, leading to a fresh, graceful and delicately savoury finish.

Produced from 100% Pinot Noir grown at Tuffon Hall Vineyard in Essex, where the favourable growing conditions and long ripening season encourage aromatic development while retaining natural freshness. The grapes are carefully harvested and fermented with gentle extraction to preserve the variety's delicate fruit character and fine tannin structure. Considered maturation allows the wine to develop texture and harmony without overwhelming its vibrant fruit, resulting in an elegant expression of English Pinot Noir.

An excellent match for roast duck, herb-roasted chicken, pork tenderloin and grilled salmon. It also pairs beautifully with wild mushroom risotto, charcuterie, roasted root vegetables, lighter game dishes and soft cheeses. Particularly enjoyable served slightly cool.
