Description

A beautifully crafted pale English rosé made exclusively from hand-harvested Pinot Noir grown in the renowned Crouch Valley. Combining purity of fruit with vibrant freshness, this elegant rosé reflects both the quality of the 2025 vintage and the maritime influence of one of England's finest wine-growing regions.

Tasting Notes:
Delicate pale salmon in colour, the nose is fragrant and expressive with aromas of fresh strawberry, raspberry and redcurrant, complemented by hints of citrus blossom and subtle tropical fruit. The palate is bright, crisp and beautifully balanced, offering juicy red berry flavours, zesty citrus and a gentle saline note that reflects the vineyard's proximity to the River Crouch. Dry, refreshing and finely textured, it finishes with impressive purity and finesse.

Winemaking:
Produced from 100% Pinot Noir grown in the family's ten-acre Crouch Valley vineyard and hand-harvested at optimum ripeness. A short three to four-hour period of skin contact imparts its delicate pale colour before cool fermentation in stainless steel. No malolactic fermentation is undertaken, preserving the wine's natural freshness, vibrant acidity and precise fruit character.

Food Pairing:
Perfect as an aperitif or alongside fresh seafood, grilled prawns and summer salads. It also pairs beautifully with charcuterie, light pasta dishes and soft goat's cheese.

ABV: 13.5%
