Tasting Notes:
Bright and fragrant, with aromas of fresh grape, orange blossom and green apple. The palate is light and airy, with fine, elegant bubbles carrying juicy pear and citrus zest notes. Fresh, balanced and vibrant, it provides a delightful, uplifting finish.
Winemaking:
Grapes are harvested at full maturity and pressed gently to preserve aromatics. Natural fermentation is initiated using indigenous yeasts, then the wine is carefully de-alcoholised under low-temperature vacuum to retain finesse and flavour. A subtle effervescence is added to enhance freshness, producing a sparkling wine that is expressive, lively and true to its varietal character.
