A striking large-format expression of Cru Bourgeois Supérieur Bordeaux from Listrac-Médoc, where gravelly clay-limestone soils and a cooler microclimate favour structured, age-worthy wines. The 2022 vintage is composed of a Merlot-led blend with Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot.
Tasting Notes:
Richly coloured and highly expressive, the nose shows black cherry, ripe plum and blackberry, with floral violet lift, graphite, liquorice and spice. The palate is particularly refined in this format, with amplified freshness, layered dark fruit and finely integrated tannins. The Jeroboam format enhances ageing potential and preserves aromatic clarity, delivering a long, composed finish with notable precision.
Winemaking:
Parcel vinification with traditional Bordeaux methods, followed by oak maturation to integrate structure and preserve fruit definition.
Food Pairing:
Ideal with large cuts of roast beef or lamb, game dishes and mature hard cheeses.
ABV: 14.5%
