A fresh and elegantly composed Cava produced in the Penedès using the traditional method, Francesc Ricart Brut is crafted from carefully selected vineyards situated around 250 metres above sea level. Blending the classic trio of Xarel·lo, Macabeo and Parellada, it offers a balanced and expressive example of this historic Spanish sparkling style.
Tasting Notes:
Pale straw in colour with a fine, persistent mousse, the nose is delicate and inviting, showing floral notes alongside hints of honey and fresh orchard fruit. The palate is crisp and well-balanced, with lively citrus and green apple flavours supported by gentle autolytic nuances from its time on lees. The bubbles are fine and integrated, leading to a clean, refreshing finish.
Winemaking:

Food Pairing:
A versatile sparkling wine, ideal as an apéritif or served with seafood, light starters and tapas. It also pairs well with salted snacks and soft cheeses.
