Charles Frey have been certified organic since the late 1990s and produce some of the regions most characterful wines. This excellent Cremant is one of the best examples we have ever tasted. It's fresh and zesty, but alongside this is a sophisticated zesty note.
This Brut Nature crémant is made of Pinot Blanc, Auxerrois and Riesling with no added exhibition liqueur, which brings it a good freshness and finesse.
