Description

An elegant and finely structured Crémant de Bourgogne from Moillard-Grivot, crafted exclusively from Chardonnay and produced using the traditional method in the heart of Burgundy. Sourced from selected vineyards across the Côte de Beaune, Hautes-Côtes de Beaune, Côte de Nuits and Côte Chalonnaise, this sparkling wine reflects both regional breadth and precision winemaking.

Tasting Notes:
Pale golden in colour with a fine, persistent mousse, the nose is expressive and refined, offering aromas of white flowers, citrus and ripe stone fruit, alongside subtle notes of hazelnut and a gentle hint of brioche. The palate is fresh and precise, with lively acidity supporting flavours of peach, pear and lemon zest. A delicate creaminess from lees ageing adds texture, leading to a long, clean and elegant finish.

Winemaking:
Produced by the traditional method with secondary fermentation in bottle and extended ageing on the lees for around 15 months. This careful maturation enhances finesse, aromatic complexity and structure while preserving Chardonnay’s natural freshness and clarity.

Food Pairing:
An excellent apéritif Crémant, also well suited to seafood, shellfish, smoked salmon and light poultry dishes. Its balance of freshness and subtle richness also allows it to pair with fruit-based desserts.

ABV: 11.5%
