This is an exceptional Cremant from Moillard Grivot. Made from Chardonnay grapes sourced from throughout the Côtes and Hautes Côtes of Beaune and Nuits and the Côtes Chalonnaise.
It has a wondeful pale golden colour and inviting aroma of white flowers, peach and hazelnut. On the palate it has very delicate and fine bubbles, ripe pear and peach fruit, a slight biscuity note and great freshness to the finish. It was one of the standout wines in recent tastings.
