Fettercairn 22yr Old Highland Single Malt Whisky - 70cl bottle

"Purity is a rare thing" exclaim this famous highland distillery, and the newly launched Fettercairn 22 year old aims to live up to the mantra. Using only the purest spring water and matured in ex-bourbon casks, this Whisky Shop exclusive Fettercairn has been produced at 22 years old which offers an amber gold colour and bottled at 47% abv.

The nose has banana, citrus fruit and plum, combined with raisin, fig and ginger bread. Spiced pear, caramelised orange and coffee on the palate, tempered by liquorice that then makes way to morello cherry, plum and treacle in the finish.
