What a great introduction to Pays d'Auge Calvados this is. Double distillation and then 4 years ageing means this is a cut above your average Calvados, but still at a great price.

Notes of apple, stewed quince and honey make this a lovely smooth sipping Calvados, or add to a mulled cider to give it a real depth and kick.
