Bolney Estate produces some of the England’s finest wines as epitomised by this Pinot-Noir dominated blend from their Foxhole Vineyard.
The blend is 60% Pinot Noir, 25% Pinot Meunier and 15% Chardonnay. The fruit is hand picked, cool fermented and aged on the lees in bottle for 2 years.
the result of this hard work is a traditional method sparkling wine with complex aromas of apple, stone fruits combined with biscuity brioche notes.
