A fresh and approachable Frizzante Bianco from Terre dei Buth, produced in the Veneto from a blend of organic white grapes. Lightly sparkling and gently aromatic, this cuvée captures the estate’s focus on purity, sustainability and easy-drinking charm.
Tasting Notes:
Pale straw in colour with a soft, delicate effervescence, the nose is light and floral, offering aromas of white blossom, pear and subtle citrus. The palate is clean and refreshing, with gentle orchard fruit flavours supported by crisp acidity and a lightly rounded texture. The finish is soft, bright and effortlessly drinkable.
Winemaking:
Produced using the Martinotti (Charmat) method, with secondary fermentation taking place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks to preserve freshness and aromatic clarity. The wine is lightly sparkling (frizzante), resulting in a softer, more delicate mousse. Crafted from organically grown grapes, reflecting the estate’s commitment to sustainable viticulture.
Food Pairing:
Ideal as an apéritif, and particularly well suited to vegetable dishes, salads and lighter appetisers. Its freshness and subtle fruit also make it a good match for asparagus and lightly bitter greens.
