A blend of white grapes is used for Terre Dei Buth's Special Cuvee, therefore, it cannot be officially called a Prosecco. What it does have is all the freshness, vibrancy and refinement that this wonderful estate's wines are noted for. This too is fully organic. It displays gentle floral and pear aromas. It is light and delicate on the palate, with gentle fruit and a light fizz giving the wine a fresh lift. The crown cap makes it quick and easy top open, so it's the ideal wine to keep in the fridge at all times for an impromptu glass of deliciously refreshing fizz.
It's light and very easy drinking. A perfect summer aperitif.
