A bright and refreshing Frizzante Rosé from Terre dei Buth, produced in the Veneto from a blend of Glera and Raboso. Lightly sparkling and organically crafted, it offers a lively, fruit-forward style with an easy-going charm.
Tasting Notes:
Delicate pink in colour with a gentle, persistent effervescence, the nose is fresh and aromatic, showing notes of strawberry and raspberry. The palate is light and lively, with juicy red berry flavours complemented by hints of gooseberry and redcurrant. Crisp acidity and a soft mousse carry through to a clean, refreshing finish.
Winemaking:
Produced using the Martinotti (Charmat) method, with secondary fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks to preserve fruit purity and freshness. The frizzante style results in a softer, more delicate sparkle. Made from organically grown grapes, reflecting the estate’s commitment to sustainable viticulture.
Food Pairing:
Ideal as an apéritif, and well suited to light dishes such as salads, pizza and simple pasta. Its bright fruit and freshness also make it a natural partner for summer dining.
