Tasting Note
Rich and aromatic, with notes of dark rye bread, warming spice and sweet cereal, followed by hints of vanilla, caramel and toasted oak. The palate combines the distinctive peppery character of rye with layers of butterscotch, dried fruit and gentle baking spice, leading to a smooth, warming finish with lingering notes of oak and rye spice.
