Description

After a break of over 500 years, spirit is once again flowing from the copper stills at Lindores Abbey. As the officially recognised site of the first recorded distillation of Scotch Whisky back in 1494; this distillery certainly has some history. This bottling is a mixture of liquid that was matured in a selection of Bourbon Barrels, Wine Barriques and Sherry Butts. Distilled from Kingdon Of Fife Barley.

Much richer in style than the colour suggests. It really coats the mouth with stewed apple, spice and subtle toffee notes.
