Chevron Chevron
Description

A compelling and complex assemblage, this wine combines rich, jammy red fruit with subtle hints of coffee and toasted hazelnut from barrel maturation. Velvety textured and layered, the palate unfolds with intensity and depth, finishing long and persistent.

Winemaking
Produced in extremely limited quantities, Mil Demonios is crafted from the best-performing grapes of the vintage. The wine is aged for 20 months in oak barrels, allowing integration of flavours and smooth tannins while highlighting the unique characteristics of each parcel.

Sin Reglas [No Rules] is a micro-winemaking project of two friends, Horacio Scaiola (winemaker) and Andresito Ridois (winemaker, artist, labyrinth maker!). They produce uniquely packaged, top-quality wines from small batches of grapes specially selected and handpicked from unique plots around Tupungato (1200m ALT.) with different terroir and diverse characteristics. Their goal is to highlight the multiple sensory profiles from within each vineyard and the uniqueness of each parcel of grapes and barrel of wine.

Food Pairing
Pairs beautifully with beef/steak, slow-roasted lamb, rich stews, or aged hard cheeses, allowing the wine’s depth and complexity to shine.
