An elegant Organic Prosecco Spumante Brut from Terre dei Buth, produced in the Treviso area of Veneto from 100% Glera grapes. Crafted using certified organic viticulture and traditional Charmat (Martinotti) methods, it delivers a refined, dry style with fine bubbles and pure varietal expression.
Tasting Notes:
Pale straw-yellow in colour with a fine, persistent mousse, the nose is fresh and expressive, showing notes of green apple alongside subtle hints of citrus and light bread crust. The palate is crisp and well-defined, with clean orchard fruit flavours, lively acidity and an elegant, dry finish that remains refreshing and balanced.
Winemaking:
Produced using the Martinotti (Charmat) method, with secondary fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks for 45–60 days. This extended lees contact enhances finesse while preserving the fresh fruit character of the Glera grape. Made from organically grown grapes, reflecting the estate’s commitment to sustainability and minimal intervention.
Food Pairing:
Excellent as an apéritif, and a versatile partner for vegetable-based dishes, particularly pumpkin and carrot recipes. Its freshness also makes it well suited to light starters and delicate finger foods.
