A fresh and delicately sparkling Prosecco Frizzante from Terre dei Buth, produced in the Treviso area of Veneto from organically grown Glera grapes. Light, aromatic and gently effervescent, it offers a refined and approachable expression of Prosecco in a softer, easy-drinking style.

Tasting Notes:
Pale straw in colour with green reflections and a fine, gentle perlage, the nose is fresh and floral, showing notes of acacia blossom alongside hints of golden apple and pear. The palate is light and well-balanced, with soft orchard fruit flavours, subtle melon notes and a crisp, refreshing acidity. The finish is clean, delicate and pleasantly uplifting.

Winemaking:
Produced using the Martinotti (Charmat) method, with secondary fermentation in temperature-controlled autoclaves for around 30–40 days. This preserves the natural aromatics of the Glera grape while creating a softer, lightly sparkling (frizzante) style. Made from organically grown grapes, reflecting the estate’s commitment to sustainable viticulture.

Food Pairing:
Ideal as an apéritif, and well suited to light dishes such as salads, soups, pasta and simple appetisers. Its gentle fruit and freshness make it particularly versatile for relaxed, informal occasions.
