Tasting Notes:
Pale straw in colour with a fine, persistent mousse, the nose is bright and inviting, showing aromas of green apple, pear and white blossom with a hint of citrus. The palate is clean and refreshing, with soft orchard fruit flavours balanced by crisp acidity and a gentle, rounded texture. The finish is light, fruity and pleasantly uplifting.
Winemaking:
Produced using the tank method (Charmat), where the second fermentation takes place in pressurised vessels to preserve freshness and aromatic purity. This approach emphasises the natural fruit character of the Glera grape while delivering a consistent, lively sparkle.
Food Pairing:
Ideal as an apéritif, and well suited to light appetisers, seafood, salads and simple canapés. Its gentle fruitiness also makes it an easy match for lightly spiced dishes.
