La Galinière Sensation is a de-alcoholised wine produced in Provence in the south of France, a region best known for its elegant rosé wines. The estate, Château La Galinière, lies near the Montagne Sainte-Victoire where warm Mediterranean sunshine and cooling breezes help grapes develop bright fruit character while maintaining freshness. For the Sensation range, the wine is first made traditionally and then gently de-alcoholised, allowing much of the varietal aroma and flavour to be preserved while offering a lighter, alcohol-free alternative.
In the glass, La Galinière Sensation shows delicate aromas of fresh red berries, citrus peel, and subtle floral notes. The palate is light, crisp, and refreshing, with flavours of strawberry, raspberry, and hints of grapefruit balanced by a clean acidity. The finish is bright and easy-drinking, making it a refreshing choice on its own or paired with salads, light seafood dishes, and Mediterranean-style cuisine.
