Cremant has risen rapidly to become our most important sparkling wine category. It really does hit the sweet spot when looking at quality to price. Most importantly, Cremant has to be produced in the traditional (Champagne) method whereby the second fermentation is carried out in the bottle and the yeast left in the bottle for a minimum of nine months (in most cases considerably longer).
There are eight official regions in France where Cremant can be produced, four of which are included within this case; Limoux, Burgundy, Jura and Alsace. The six wines in this case have hugely impressed us at recent tastings, so we're delighted to offer them in this discounted mixed case. It's a great opportunity for you to choose your favourite in advance of Christmas.
