Serve this Port chilled as an aperitif and with soft cheeses, nuts, foie gras or with a sweet fruit dessert. Also great to make cocktails, such as Portonic. Mix 1/3 Port, 2/3 tonic with a slice of lemon.
Quinta Santa Eufémia is a family company that has been producing Port & Douro wines since 1864. Located in the Douro region of Baixo and Cima Corgo on the left side of the river Douro at an altitude about 300m above sea level, the estate continues to be managed by the Carvalho family. Eirados is one of the oldest vineyards of the Quinta and the name of this exclusive label for Vindependents. The Ports are classic styles, well packaged and well priced. The still wines are full of fruit but well balanced and moreish.
